I'm a UX design leader and hands-on practitioner with a strong focus on creating thoughtful, user-centered digital experiences and scaling design systems across complex environments. I've led cross-functional teams and partnered closely with product and engineering to streamline workflows, improve quality, and deliver consistent, polished outcomes. I enjoy bringing clarity to ambiguity and finding practical ways to reduce friction in both the user experience and the design process.
Outside of work, I'm a longtime Dungeons & Dragons player, which has sharpened by storytelling, problem-solving, and empathy for diverse user-perspectives. I'm also the parent of an energetic 5-year-old daughter, who constantly reminds me how important curiosity, simplicity and intuitive design really are. I bring that same mindset into my work; balancing structure with creativity to build experiences that feel both intentional and human.
