Privacy & security
This page is maintained by Andrew Farley to answer common questions about how mightyfarley.com handles information. It describes the site's current practices and enabled platform controls — it is not an independent certification or audit.
What this site is
mightyfarley.com is a personal design portfolio. It does not run a user-facing product, sell anything, or host customer accounts. Visitors browse case studies and can optionally send a message via the contact form.
What's collected
- Contact form submissions. If you submit the contact form, the name, email, and message you provide are stored so Andrew can reply.
- Standard request data. The hosting platform processes typical web request metadata (IP, user agent, timestamps) to serve the site and protect against abuse.
- No advertising trackers. The site does not run third-party advertising pixels or cross-site tracking.
Access & authentication
The public site requires no account. An admin area exists for the site owner only and is protected by email/password authentication with role-based access enforced on the server.
Platform & hosting
The site is built with Lovable and runs on its managed hosting and backend (database, authentication, storage). Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Mentioning the platform here is factual context, not a certification claim.
Retention & deletion
Contact messages are retained so Andrew can follow up. If you'd like a message or associated email removed, email the address below and it will be deleted from the site's database.
Privacy requests & security contact
For privacy requests (access, correction, deletion) or to report a security concern, email mightyfarley@gmail.com. Please include enough detail to investigate; responsible disclosure is appreciated.
Shared responsibility
Lovable provides the underlying platform capabilities (hosting, database, authentication). Andrew, as the site owner, is responsible for the content published, how data is handled within the app, and how requests above are answered.
This page is editable site content and may change as the site evolves.
